The food people consume has a measurable impact on the health of our planet. Pulses will form part of the global food strategy that promotes human and planetary health.
Pulse Canada is investing in research that will demonstrate the impact of pulse production and consumption on reducing the environmental footprint of the food system. This research will support Pulse Canada’s work in raising awareness of pulses’ contributions to human and environmental health among consumers, food industry and policymakers.
