Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting & Food Expo

June 25 -28, 2012 (Las Vegas, NV)

The annual IFT meeting is North America’s largest event for the food manufacturing industry. With more than 900 companies exhibiting, this event attracts a large and diverse group (~20,000 visitors) of food ingredient, equipment, and packaging suppliers and food processors from all over the world. Pulse Canada will exhibit at the Canadian Pavilion where information on nutrition, health, sustainability and functional applications will be featured as well as a selection of pulse-based foods developed by Chef Peter Phillips of Boffins Club in Saskatoon.
