Judges at the Saskatchewan M:I competition included Kofi Agblor of SPG, Bob Tyler and Phyllis Shand of the University of Saskatchewan, Sara Lui of the Saskatchewan Food Industry Development Centre, Theo Phillips, dietitian from the U of S and Mike Nickerson instructor of the product development class at the University of Saskatchewan.
