Ingredients

lean ground beef

cooked or canned lentils

reduced sodium soy sauce

bread crumbs

Directions

PUT all ingredients except for bread crumbs into a food processor and pulse until well blended. Transfer mixture into medium bowl and mix in bread crumbs with a spatula.

FORM into 6 equal patties.

SPRAY pan or grill lightly with non-stick spray and cook patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
