Methodology
A comprehensive literature search utilizing the publicly available databases of CAB, Agricola, Biological Abstracts and MEDLINE was conducted. The botanical name and/or its common name for each legume were combined with a specific keyword to identify and retrieve papers from the publicly available literature. The key words included in the search are listed in Table 1.
