Pulse flours are also available in some grocery stores, bulk, ethnic and specialty food stores. Pulse flours can be substituted in some recipes for wheat flours such as the chickpea flour crepes (also known as 'socca') on the right. Pulse flours are also gluten-free, making them a great alternative to wheat flours for those who have gluten-intolerance or celiac disease.
