Wall Street Journal calls pulses “the superfood you’ve always known”
The Wall Street Journal has called beans “the new kale” in an article published March 19, noting that over 2,500 new food products containing pulses were launched in 2017 (an 11% increase over 2016). According to the article, “pulses are a modern food marketer’s dream. They’re plant-based, a source of protein and naturally gluten-free.”
